Mem­bers of the Mari­time Uni­on were thrilled today that fol­low­ing a Set­tle­ment Con­fer­ence with the Employ­ment Court, Ports of Auck­land has seen sense and under­taken to halt its con­tract­ing pro­cesses and re-enter col­lect­ive bar­gain­ing.
