Fair Pay Agreements

Fair Pay Agree­ments (FPAs) are pay and con­di­tions agree­ments that are nego­ti­at­ed for an entire indus­try. That means they set a base for terms and con­di­tions that no employ­er can under­cut. And that means more secure jobs and bet­ter terms and con­di­tions across the indus­try.

MUNZ is organ­is­ing to ini­ti­ate an FPA for the port indus­try. To get this start­ed we need 1000 port work­ers to let us know they sup­port an FPA in the ports.

You don’t even need to be a MUNZ mem­ber – as long as you’re a port work­er you can sign up to sup­port an FPA. It’s going to make work bet­ter for all of us.
